WAKE UP FROM
THE STORIES

Reality is stranger than you've been told.

Most people spend their lives trapped in stories about who they are or were.

Then many discover spirituality and begin collecting new ones:

The healer.
The yogi.
The empath.
The rebel.
The seeker.
The leader.
The guru.

A spiritual identity is still an identity.

Modern culture encourages us to build a self.
Modern spirituality often encourages us to build a more spiritual one.

Both require energy to maintain.

The point is not to become someone else.

The point is to become present enough to discover what remains when the stories fall away.

Through movement, awareness practices, recapitulation, creative exploration, and disciplined attention, we can begin to quiet the internal dialogue that consumes our energy.

As attention returns to the present, energy trapped in memories, habits, and self-images becomes available again.

That energy can be directed toward creativity, direct experience, and the freedom to imagine new worlds.

I don't teach beliefs, routines or rituals.

I share techniques for cultivating awareness, reclaiming attention, strengthening the body, and accessing deeper creativity and intuition.

This is not about status, success, influence, or spiritual achievement.

It is about presence.

As the internal dialogue quiets, something unexpected becomes possible:

Creativity.

The ability to dream lucidly.

The freedom to create rather than endlessly react.

The freedom to follow a path with heart.

Try the techniques.

Keep what works.

Discard what doesn't.

Mix it up.

Stay Fluid.
